Shipment processing time

In most cases, orders ship in 24 hours. Specific or custom items may require additional time. Those items will state on its product page the additional shipping time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping is free with standard delivery for all orders. Shipping will be expedited in special circumstances.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Damages

AssemblyMerch is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
